Roles & Responsibilities
• Determines the most logical and precise way to present information
• Conceptualize social media content, whitepapers, content for videos and other form of content
• Writing copy for blogs, social media, whitepapers, and other communication material
• Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate, and invokes interest for its intended audience.
• Write easy-to- understand user interface texts
• Create and maintain information architecture
• Manage freelancers and ensure top notch content being delivered from them
• Create video & podcast scripts
Desired Skills
• Strong written / verbal communication and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Must have excellent written expression to be able to convert rough process drafts to easily understandable documents.
• Good command over English
• Must have relevant past experience of at least one year
• Ability to spot basic formatting errors with respect to alignment, font, content, spacing etc.
• Must be tech-savvy
• Exceptional copywriting skills
• A flair for content planning & creation
• Strategic thought process towards developing cross functional content
• Experience in developing LFC’s like whitepapers, blogs, case studies
• Experience in social media content planning
• Expertise in Project Management
• Experience in community content planning, discussion forums management would be a plus
• Ability to deliver clear & crisp creative briefs to designers
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams & stakeholders
• Experience in writing SEO focused content would be a plus
• Ability to work with multiple teams.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in content creation & copy writing
OR
• Minimum 2 years being in a fast paced agency working on B2B clients
OR
• 1 year of non technical / non consulting Project management
