Eightcap is a dynamic online trading provider focused on delivering great trading tools and pro trading insight to enable smarter trading. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology direct to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our team to create and manage a high performing copywriting function that services all our internal stakeholders and regional marketing teams.
The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas

The Marketing team is responsible growing brand awareness, running effective performance marketing activity, and delivering automated CRM programmes to improve client retention. The team also works collaboratively with the Sales, Partners and IT teams to continually deliver improvements in client and partner experience and to also provide team members with a great knowledge base of the company and the broader financial services industry.
The Creative Copywriter will manage one direct report in the London offices. You will mentor your team as well as the wider business and help to develop high quality written content for a variety of digital channels. Whether to promote, educate, inform, persuade, or entertain, innovative, well written copy is critical to bringing the Eightcap brand to life.
This position requires a person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, attention to detail, high standards and a strong organisational foundation to coordinate projects and resources to meet deadlines. You will need to have well developed interpersonal skills to manage competing priorities, resourcing and personalities that span multiple geographic and cultural time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver performance marketing content across display, social, landing pages and email.
Develop, maintain, and enforce a house style aligned to our brand.
Iterate messaging and split test to validate results and copy direction.
Continually improve the Eightcap English-language websites to ensure clear communication of our proposition and product set.
Work with SEO and assist with optimising content to ensure improved organic traffic.
Bring new tools and products to life with an engaging tone of voice.
Work with the wider marketing team to understand the needs of our client segments and deliver relevant content ideas to maximise engagement and trading behaviour.
Deliver content for automated journeys to improve conversion and aid retention and reactivation.
Deliver content for ongoing CRM campaigns, which includes product launches and client education.
Work with the partnership marketing team to produce new creative assets across a variety of channels.
Who are you?
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a content or copywriting role.
Accomplished digital copy writing skills with an understanding of how content is consumed in different formats.
The ability to put the end user at the heart of all copy writing.
Well-developed communication skills are essential in our business
Some SEO content writing experience (desirable)
An interest in trading, FX or general finance (desirable)
