Job Description – Creative Copywriter

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g., ads, blog posts, newsletters)
Conducting research before and during the writing process.
Preparing material for assignments, which includes planning, outline, and synopsis.
Conducting thorough fact-checks before submitting any work.
Ensuring the logical flow of all writing produced.
Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
Collaborate with the team and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
Familiar with the product, target audience and competitor activities in the market
Revise copy based on feedback/direction
Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
4+ years’ experience in creative copy writing/ story telling board creations
Should be highly creative and imaginative and passionate about our products & services
Has excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
Worked on at least 4-5 brand campaigns
Has ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
Proven experience of working on Social Media Content writing and be up to date with current & emerging trends in the business and relevant sector
Should have an interest in new advertising trends, techniques and be glued to social media trends
Should be impeccable in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy and have cutting – edge ideation skills
Agency experience is a must. A start-up background is an added bonus
