Responsibilities:
Generate innovative and engaging ideas for brand promotion campaigns across platforms such as print, digital, and below-the-line (BTL).
Collaborate with our design team, providing guidance and inspiration to create visually appealing and impactful campaigns and content.
Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's objectives and brief, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
Interact with brand managers to fully understand their requirements and problem statements.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, target audiences, and industry trends.
Develop content strategies that effectively engage the target audience and meet the brand's objectives.
Present ideas in a compelling manner, utilizing various mediums such as video and audio to enhance storytelling.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and brand managers, to ensure the smooth execution of content creation projects.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and marketing.
Actively seek feedback and apply it to continuously improve personal performance and contribute to the growth of the team and agency as a whole.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.
Proven experience as a Copywriter in a creative agency or similar environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful content development across various mediums.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style to different brands and target audiences.
Proficiency in storytelling techniques and ability to present ideas effectively through different mediums.
Solid understanding of brand strategies and the ability to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
