• *Job Role:** Graphic Designer
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing visual content for our web portal, publications, and other communication products.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with program managers, coordinators, and team members to understand web and graphics needs.
• Design and produce module reports, brochures, and printing packages.
• Redesign and update existing Coral Draw files for printing.
• Supervise the printing process to ensure high-quality final products.
• Consult with relevant staff on design and production of publications.
• Assist the nominated supervisor with other duties related to design and publication.
• Provide basic research and sourcing of graphic elements, such as photographic images, maps, and logos.
• Design and develop the framework for the web portal, including showcasing various projects, regular updating, stakeholder login benefits, integration of online payment gateways, and other web applications.
• Observe timelines and benchmarks for all websites, track, and evaluate their usability and performance.
• Provide constant web monitoring to ensure that the websites are live and functioning.
• Create explainer videos, basic videos, edit existing videos for use on social media channels, website, and mobile apps.
• Update the website regularly.
• Support design and development of web portals for e-learning.
• Carry out other relevant web-related and designing tasks as required.
• Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with key stakeholders and other key agencies and donors as required.
• Coordinate and prepare for meetings and special events by assisting team members.
• Coordinate with various vendors for various program activities.
• Attend and participate in stakeholders' meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Travel as required.
• Perform any other work assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related fields.
• Familiarity with animation, motion graphics design, video editing, storyboard creation, UI design, and 3D tools or authoring tools.
• Strong typographical, conceptual, and designing skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities and out-of-the-box creative thinking.
