Dubai-based fit-out company (est. 2014) expanding to Mumbai. Specializes in residential, commercial, retail spaces, exhibitions, and art installations.
Role: Lead design team for innovative spatial projects across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's in Interior Design or Architecture
5-7 years experience in interior design/architecture
Proven leadership and project management track record
Strong portfolio across diverse project types
Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator
Building codes and construction knowledge
FF&E specification and procurement
Project management methodologies
Responsibilities
Lead design team and mentor creative professionals
Drive projects from concept to execution
Establish design standards and best practices
Develop innovative solutions aligned with client objectives
Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
Conduct client presentations and business development
Salary: 20-25 LPA (Negotiable and depending experience)
