Head of Design / Creative Design Lead
📍 Mumbai | In-office | RTW Womenswear
Style Junkiie is entering a serious growth phase, and we’re looking for a strong design leader to build with us.
This is not a mass-production role.
We are not looking for candidates whose primary experience is with large-scale export houses or high-street factory-led brands.
We’re looking for someone who has worked within a design-driven brand environment where:
• Range architecture matters
• Print language is intentional
• Construction is refined
• Fit is taken seriously
• Brand codes are protected
• Drops are structured, not chaotic
You should be able to:
– Build and edit a range plan confidently
– Lead print direction with long-term brand thinking
– Run detailed fit sessions
– Understand garment construction deeply
– Guide the team on tech pack accuracy and technical detailing
– Balance creativity with commercial logic
– Lead a design team with clarity and authority
– Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience with atleast 1.5-2 years in a similar roke
This is a leadership role for someone who thinks structurally about design, not just aesthetically.
