Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective visual communications strategies to support our brand and marketing objectives.
Design and produce high-quality visual materials, including event flyers, invitations, capability statements, newsletters, apartment, villa, and site plans, letterheads, business cards, folders, digital assets, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement advertising campaigns for digital and print publications.
Ensure all visual materials meet the company's brand standards and are delivered on time.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Previous experience using Asana to organize tasks and enhance collaboration (desirable).
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
Satisfactory National Police Check.
Current and valid driver's license (C class).
