As a Creative Designer at FAUSTO, you will be responsible for bringing bold ideas to life and enhancing the brand presence of a contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand across various digital and offline platforms. Your role will involve designing engaging social media creatives, ad banners, and digital campaign assets, developing visual concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns, maintaining the brand identity across all touchpoints, and collaborating with the marketing team for campaign ideation and execution. Additionally, you will create emailers, website creatives, and marketplace content, assist in photoshoot direction, and ensure that all designs align with current fashion and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging social media creatives, ad banners, and digital campaign assets
- Develop visual concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain and evolve FAUSTOs brand identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign ideation and execution
- Create emailers, website creatives, and marketplace content
- Assist in photoshoot direction and visual mood boards
- Ensure all designs are aligned with current fashion and digital trends
Qualifications Required:
- 13 years of experience in graphic/creative design (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is a plus
- Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and campaign creatives
