Your Role and Responsibilities
Client is looking for a Creative Designer.
Ideal candidate must be able to take direction, turn concepts into visuals, communicate with peers and implement feedback to create final product.
Responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy for existing templates, web pages, product graphics, advertisement, social media graphics and brand campaign initiatives.
We are especially interested in resources with exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop required) and Microsoft office.
We require a candidate who is extremely detail oriented, consistent and responsive.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to read, write and edit proficiently in US business English.
- Resource must be able to work within team project management process (Example: Wrike)
- Available during business hours (2pm - 5pm CST), up to 30 hours per week
- Ability to work independently and edit a variety of different formats (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat)
- Ability to work remotely and communicate efficiently with team members and complete brief assignments overnight (CST)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is required), Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, able to prioritize work and manage projects and assignments independently
- Ability to quickly learn and emulate a distinct brand visual language.
- Provide an 'external' perspective and raise questions if direction is confusing or unclear.
- Able to adjust to an evolving brand voice as new positioning is rolled out.
- Example of responsibilities
- Checking email box for bio changes for employee(s)
- Updating and uploading documents to various systems (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, Salesforce)
- Provide detailed changes/direction via PM Tool (WRIKE)
- Receive projects from PM Tool (WRIKE), updating existing files and/or templates (advertisements, images, brochures/flyers, power point)
Education/Qualifications
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Design editing
- Marketing experience preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarly with project management software (Wrike, Salesforce)
