Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Designer with experience in creating reels and posts to join our team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook. You will work with our marketing team to develop creative solutions that support our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and design engaging and high-quality visual content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines
• Use Canva Pro to design social media posts, stories, reels, and other visual content
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques to create fresh and engaging content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with marketing campaigns and objectives
• Work with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media content and campaigns
• Ensure all content is delivered on-time and to a high standard of quality
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure alignment on creative direction and project goals
• Participate in team meetings, provide input and feedback, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a creative design role, with a focus on creating social media content and reels
• Proficiency in Canva Pro and other design tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
• Experience designing for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a team environment
• Good with design trends and actively following trends on Facebook and Instagram
