Role Overview
Backstage Creative Hub is looking for a Creative Designer to work closely with clients and internal teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creative solutions. The role involves managing projects from initial discussions through final delivery, ensuring all visual outputs align with brand objectives and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate client and company requirements and create compelling visual solutions
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments to establish project objectives
• Research industry trends, target audiences, and brand positioning
• Develop brand-appropriate creative concepts and visual approaches
• Troubleshoot design and execution challenges to ensure project alignment
• Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely delivery
• Present concepts, share progress updates, gather feedback, and deliver final designs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of agency experience as a Senior Visualiser
• Strong ability to handle multiple revisions within tight timelines
• Excellent time management skills
• Portfolio demonstrating strong attention to detail, typography, and layout
• Ability to work on Arabic layouts
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Logo design
• Typography & color theory
• Web and print design
• Print production
• Image selection & packaging design
• Proven ability to manage online and offline projects end-to-end
