Creative Designer | Digital Experience (DX) | Brand & Visual Communication
Role Overview
As a Creative Designer within our Digital Experience (DX) service line, you will be a strategic visual storyteller responsible for elevating brand experiences across multiple digital and physical mediums. This role is designed for a seasoned design professional who combines a deep artistic foundation with the technical precision required by the high-stakes IT industry. With over a decade of experience, you will lead the creation of compelling visual narratives that align with corporate identity while pushing the boundaries of modern communication design.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design & Brand Experience
• Multi-Medium Graphic Design: Conceptualize and execute high-impact design solutions across diverse platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Visual Communication: Translate complex IT concepts and business strategies into engaging visual assets that resonate with global audiences.
• Creative Leadership: Drive the aesthetic direction of digital campaigns, corporate collateral, and brand experience initiatives.
Technical Execution & Production
• Design Suite Mastery: Utilize the full Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce pixel-perfect graphics and layouts.
• Multimedia Production: Leverage Premiere and After Effects to create dynamic motion graphics and video content that enhance digital storytelling.
• Web & Digital Assets: Use Dreamweaver and other digital tools to design and optimize assets for web environments and interactive experiences.
• Corporate Integration: High-level mastery of MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) to transform executive presentations and corporate documentation into visually professional assets.
Collaborative Delivery
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to ensure design outputs meet project goals and exceed client expectations.
• Design Governance: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to strict quality and identity standards.
Technical & Professional Requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in the communication design domain, with a proven track record within the IT industry.
• Education: Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication (Bachelor of Arts or equivalent).
• Software Proficiency: * Static Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Motion & Web: After Effects, Premiere, Dreamweaver.
• Corporate: Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Domain Expertise: Advanced skills in Brand Experience Design and graphic design tailored for various digital and print mediums.
