Job Title - Creative Designer
Location - Wangara (Hybrid Work Model)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our team, specializing in residential projects.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating inspiring designs for extensions, renovations , bathrooms, and kitchens while providing exceptional customer service.
You will meet with clients to understand their needs and represent our business with professionalism and creativity.
This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in working from home and in the office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision, requirements, and preferences for residential extensions and renovations
.- Liaise with clients throughout the design process, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service
.- Develop creative and functional design concepts that align with client expectations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with an offshore backoffice team to assist with drafting and 3D rendering, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project materials.- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and visual presentations using industry
-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD).
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and standards.
- Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback throughout the design process
.- Collaborate closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and execution
.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in residential design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, particularly in residential projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work related to extensions and renovations.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and client collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to residential design
.- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus.
