With our team rapidly growing, we are looking for a Creative Designer (Graphic & UI/UX) who can bring a strong visual identity to our projects, ensuring seamless user experiences and engaging ad creatives.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile creative designer who excels in Figma and has experience in creating landing pages, ad creatives, UI/UX designs, and video editing. You’ll collaborate with our creative strategists, developers, and marketing team to bring performance-driven campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Landing Page Design: Create conversion-focused landing pages using Figma, considering user flow, responsiveness, and brand aesthetics.
• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive UI elements and user-friendly experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Ad Creative Design: Develop high-impact performance marketing ads for various digital channels by leveraging design principles, visual storytelling, and user psychology.
• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos for social media, ads, and promotional content (basic motion graphics experience is a plus).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and enhance visual storytelling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to optimize campaign visuals for engagement and conversions.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design & UI/UX, preferably in a marketing or digital agency.
• Figma expertise (creating components, auto-layout, prototyping, and UI/UX best practices).
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, ad creatives, and UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects for video editing.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles and ad creative effectiveness would be a plus.
• Ability to balance creativity and functionality, ensuring high-impact designs that drive conversions.
• Strong communication and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
