Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience: 3+ Years

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing for diverse media, including social media posts, YouTube thumbnails, website banners, and print ads. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams to deliver impactful designs aligned with brand objectives.
Design for Digital Platforms :
Create engaging visuals for social media platforms, including Instagram posts, stories, and YouTube thumbnails.
Design banners, email templates, and ads optimized for digital platforms.
ATL/BTL Campaign Design :
Develop creative designs for ATL (print ads, hoardings, billboards) and BTL (brochures, flyers, standees) marketing materials.
Brand Consistency :
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets.
Refine and evolve the brand’s visual identity for better engagement.
Creative Ideation :
Stay updated with design and social media trends to ensure innovation.
Work closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
Experience :
~3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating work across digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube thumbnails) and ATL/BTL campaigns .
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of video editing tools or motion graphics is a plus.
