Key Responsibilities
• Design compelling social media creatives, posters, banners, and brochures for campaigns and outreach.
• Create short videos/reels , edit student testimonials, and develop engaging ad creatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, print, and event materials.
• Collaborate with the social media & marketing team to deliver high-performing creatives.
• Support outreach events and education fairs with impactful branding & collaterals.
• Experiment with design trends to keep the brand fresh, youthful, and engaging.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Strong skills in both static design & video editing .
• A good sense of typography, colors, and layouts.
• Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging stories.
• Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector is a plus.
