INR 3.0Lpa to INR 4.2Lpa with eligibility for ESOPs upto 2L in value on date
Essential Requirement:
Immediate joiners preferred with current location as Gurgaon
Education
• Degree in Design / Fine Arts or Related Field, Related coursework from NIFT or NID a plus
Role
Creative Designer is responsible for developing various types of creative content for advertisements, website, app, social media and UI/ UX. They do this with multiple tools depending on the medium and goals of the final project.
Experience
• 0 to 6 years in similar or related fields (Freshers can apply)
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Profile
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Responsibiity for timely designing of social media posts, launch banners, print ads
• Involvement with the technology team to innovate on UI/UX
• Collaborate with the founders on marketing strategies and other innovations
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
