We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in social media post design, creative illustrations, and a strong understanding of Figma and branding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand's message across various platforms. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visually appealing social media posts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Create engaging and original illustrations that enhance the brand's visual identity and effectively communicate key messages.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Utilize Figma to create and iterate on design concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Understand and apply branding guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive design output across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project goals, and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance design processes and workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media post design, creative illustrations, and branding.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Experience creating visually appealing social media posts that drive engagement and align with brand objectives.
Ability to conceptualize and create original illustrations that enhance the brand's visual identity.
Familiarity with branding guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently across various design projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt designs to suit different platforms and audiences.
