Creative Designer

Job Description: We are looking for Graphic Designers with two or more years of experience. This role will be responsible to convert pre-approved creative designs such as flayers, brochures, leaflets, advertisements, etc. to work with web-to-print application.

Responsibilities:

· Works on multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneously, ensuring all client instructions are followed

· Will be accountable for quality of work and timeliness of delivery across all the assigned projects

· Adheres to Reality’s internal processes set for the role and maintains standard of quality and customer service

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· At minimum, bachelors degree or equivalent certification in any stream

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with attention to detail

· Availability for flexible schedule in order to accommodate client needs

· Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities

· Strong sense of customer service

· Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

· Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines

· Proven track record to work with Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

· Understanding of the print industry and production process

· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, Power Point

· Knowledge of HTML, XML or InDesign automation will be the fastest deciding factor

Salary: ₹+,7+1.25 - ₹3+,563.76 per month
