About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer with a strong focus on website and digital design to join our in-house creative team at IGP. This role demands a strong sense of design aesthetics, a deep understanding of eCommerce UX/UI trends, and the ability to create visually compelling assets that align with the brand's identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually impactful website layouts, landing pages, and banners that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to translate ideas into engaging digital experiences.
• Develop creative assets for digital campaigns including emailers, social media, and performance marketing.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints of the brand.
• Stay updated with the latest design, UI/UX, and eCommerce trends.
• Conduct regular quality checks and iterate designs based on performance and feedback.
• Maintain and organize design libraries and reusable components using tools like Figma.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer, preferably in the eCommerce or consumer tech space.
• Demonstrated experience in website or landing page design, UI/UX basics, and responsive layouts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative range, especially in web and digital assets.
• Good understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
