Part-Time Independent Contractor – Creative Digital Content Creator

Regen Recovery is a health and wellness brand focused on performance, recovery, and overall well-being. We are growing our digital presence and looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator to support our short-form social media strategy.
This opportunity is ideal for a student or recent graduate building a portfolio in digital media, marketing, or content creation.
Scope of Work
The Contractor will create 1–2 short-form videos per week (4–8 per month) optimized for Instagram Reels and adaptable for paid advertising campaigns.
Deliverables must align with brand guidelines and agreed content timelines.
Responsibilities
Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels
Capture lifestyle, wellness, and recovery-related footage at various Lower Mainland locations
Add captions, transitions, hooks, and calls-to-action
Ensure content is suitable for organic and paid campaigns
Maintain organized digital media assets
Participate in brief content planning check-ins
Qualifications
Strong interest in health, fitness, and wellness
Comfortable on camera
Owns an iPhone 15 or newer (required)
Experience using video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form storytelling
Reliable, organized, and deadline-oriented
Must have a registered business (sole proprietorship or corporation) and be able to invoice for services
Additional Scope of Work
The Contractor may, from time to time, provide additional content creation services for Regen Recovery and its affiliated wellness and fitness brands, subject to mutual agreement and aligned with the Contractor’s skills and availability. Any expanded scope of services will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Important – Contractor Status
This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employee position. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own taxes and statutory remittances. A formal contractor agreement outlining scope, compensation, and deliverables will be provided.
