Develop and execute creative strategies for the Urban Outfitters apparel brand.
Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure cohesive and innovative designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand vision and product design.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into the brand's aesthetic.
Set and maintain high standards for design and quality.
Oversee the development of new product concepts and designs.
Conduct market research to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for the brand.
Provide direction and feedback to designers to enhance their skills and creativity.
Ensure timely completion of design projects and meet all deadlines.
Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
Monitor and analyze sales data to make strategic design decisions.
Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
Represent the brand at industry events and maintain relationships with key partners.
Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and procedures.
Uphold the Urban Outfitters brand aesthetic and maintain brand consistency across all designs.
