Experience
We seek an experienced senior creative producer to head up our team. You should ideally be someone who has adequate experience in heading a team, can build a strong team for us and help scale the business. You should have enough exposure to ad film production and series production (OTT and Digital or TV).
Responsibilities
• Leverage and invest in strategic relationships with creative agencies and drive business growth
• Can thoroughly understand a client brief, make meaningful recommendations to the client, identify the right creatives and run production across formats and at varying scale
• Has experience running projects in India and abroad
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
• Comes with a strong network of collaborators, agents, suppliers and studios that can be leveraged for various production needs
• Should be able to head up the team, build and enforce processes, help grow the business and creative network, and enable as well as improve cost efficiency
• Should be able to handle clients and Directors on and off the set, to ensure smooth project operations / execution
• Can hire and train a team to run multiple productions across multiple locations, and handle clients, Directors and crews effectively
• Should be adept at budgeting for projects and be able to train and review a team for the same
• Manage and enable the team to manage all aspects of a project - including budgeting, documentation, workflows, contracts, schedules, hiring, negotiation and payments
