Whom are we looking for?
A fun, energetic & enthusiastic Creative Director who can drive strategic creative delivery and ensure that ODN is recognized industry-wide for clutter-breaking and business-relevant creativity across all media and platforms. You should aspire to fulfill category-defining ambitions with awe-inspiring, insight-driven ideas for creating desire, provoking conversations, and eliciting reactions.
Responsibilities
● As a Creative Director, you are expected to be a master collaborator and inspirer who, by daily example breathes new energy into creativity, strategy, technology, and brand development to achieve the impossible
● Communicate and present effectively, stun existing clients and drive new business with your command of the room and knowledge of copy
● Lead projects right from inception to completion, leading by doing as capably as leading by inspiring and directing.
● Manage & mentor creative talent in-house and be the magnet for the best-and-brightest in the industry
● Engender trust, inspire and develop colleagues through a contagious passion for clients and their business.
Requirements
● 10-12 years experience in Advertising/content background, with exceptional craft skills and a passion for creative thinking lead by digital
● Natural leader who can inspire art, copy, content, and digital marketing teams and engage them around a creative vision, with a progressive outlook and a positive can-do attitude, all with natural authority
● Have a passion for helping clients by delivering the Agency’s work in the most creative, digitally impactful way of expression
● Brand fanatic with a real passion for and understanding of the role brands play in people’s lives and sees brands as fascinating cultural entities
● Clear communicator and have the confidence to cut through the complex to tell a simple, compelling story
