The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design sensibilities, leadership qualities, and strategic thinking to take Furbishy international. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Your expertise in vendor management and contractor allocation for premium projects will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversight of technical interior architectural drawings for high-end residential projects
• Stay at the forefront of global design trends and incorporate them into Furbishy's design ethos and strategy
• Leadership and inspiration of a design team of approximately 10-15 members
• Mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members
• Project delivery, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Operational excellence, including streamlining design processes and optimizing project timelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in interior architectural drawings with a strong portfolio of luxury residential designs
• Deep understanding of global design trends, sound material knowledge, and ecosystems
• Proven experience in managing design teams and delivering projects from concept to completion
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance creativity with timely delivery
• Exceptional design sensibilities with an ability to mentor and motivate juniors
• A charismatic personality that fosters trust and collaboration within the team as well as with the leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
