Creative Director - videographer and editor
We are seeking a dynamic, visual-first Creative Director to lead our video and visual storytelling vertical across YouTube, Instagram, and on-ground properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for cinematic content, the ability to work in high-energy environments, and a passion for building culturally resonant brands.
About the Role
You’ll spearhead creative direction for Gen Z–focused apparel campaigns, long-form event documentaries, and short-form social content that fuels brand love and business growth.
Responsibilities
• Lead direction and execution of long-form documentaries, event films, and cinematic YouTube content.
• Drive short-form video strategy across reels, ads, and teaser formats with trend-first edits.
• Direct shoots for fashion lookbooks, brand campaigns, and large-scale obstacle races.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to align storytelling with campaign goals.
• Manage in-house and freelance video teams (DPs, editors, colorists, motion artists).
• Supervise post-production to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong creative vision while adapting to fast turnarounds and high-volume execution.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of video or creative direction experience in lifestyle, fashion, or sports brands.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Final Cut, Resolve are a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both long-form storytelling and social-first edits.
• Experience with on-location shoots, camera direction, and dynamic visuals.
• Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to communicate emotion, energy, and brand identity through visuals.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability creative environments.
