Factana is a leading Industry Solution Provider with offices in Chennai, Bangalore, and Chicago, USA. We are on a mission to provide digital transformation solutions for mid-enterprises. We deliver IT Solutions for Manufacturing, Energy, and other industrial sectors.
We seek a results-oriented IT Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the US, focusing on enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and the ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT landscape.
Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales
Location: Chennai.
Work Hours: US Hours (7pm IST – 3am IST).
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, or a related field
Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target enterprise customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth across assigned territories or verticals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT directors, and other stakeholders.
• Present IT solutions tailored to meet client needs, emphasizing ROI and business value.
• Promote and sell IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, software development, and IT infrastructure.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and propose customized solutions.
• Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle.
• Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report progress to leadership.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
• Provide feedback to product teams to refine offerings based on customer needs and market dynamics.
• Work closely with pre-sales engineers, technical teams, and marketing to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
• Achieved and exceeded sales quotas, demonstrating consistent success in closing enterprise-level deals.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in IT solutions targeting mid-enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud services, testing, data engineering, and enterprise software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good hold on communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
