🎬 Video Editor and Graphic Designer (with Social Media Support)
Location: Bengaluru (On-site, Full-time)

Midha Education is a fast-scaling finance education company with learners from over 90 countries. We are building India's most trusted e-learning brand in finance, and we are looking for multi-skilled creative talent to help us take our content to the next level.
This is a hands-on, creative, and visual-first role. You will work directly from our Bengaluru office, collaborating with our academic and tech teams to bring learning to life.
🧠 What You Will Be Doing
1. Graphic Design
• Design engaging visuals for social media posts, banners, emailers, websites, and educational materials
• Develop clean and reusable templates, icon packs, and UI elements
• Maintain a growing design asset library for use across the company
• Coordinate with content and marketing teams to produce consistent brand visuals
2. Video Editing
• Edit lectures, whiteboard explainer videos, YouTube reels, and promos
• Improve audio clarity, visual quality, pacing, and structure
• Add titles, music, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and effects
• Manage and deliver both rough cuts and polished final cuts
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and student experience goals
3. Basic Social Media Management
• Design thumbnails and visual templates for YouTube and Instagram
• Schedule and upload content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram
• Organize visual assets for different platforms and keep track of what has been published
• Coordinate with the team to post creatives consistently and professionally
🎓 What We Are Looking For
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with Figma and Canva
• Working knowledge of sound design, motion graphics and 3d-Modeling
• Experience editing whiteboard or educational videos is a plus
• Eye for clean design, clear layouts, and visual storytelling
• Basic understanding of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
• Positive attitude, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field
