About the Role

• Collaborate with our founders to define the brand identity and user experience through innovative and effective design solutions.
• Develop concept sketches, technical flats, and tech packs to bring designs to life.
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, fabric types, and trims suitable for western wear.
• Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with sample makers and factories to ensure timely and accurate production.
Requirements
• Fashion illustration and technical drawing skills (Adobe Illustrator preferred).
• Knowledge of fabric types and trims suitable for western wear.
• Pattern-making basics and fit analysis expertise.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion design.
