• Write engaging, audience-first scripts for short-form videos and long-form videos.
• Develop strong hooks, smooth transitions, and retention-boosting elements tailored to each video format.
• Research topics thoroughly and translate complex or trending ideas into simple, relatable content.
• Collaborate with content strategists, video editors, and on-camera talent to align visuals and tone.
• Integrate CTAs, storytelling frameworks, and SEO-relevant themes in your scripts.
• Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and content styles across niches.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in scripting for YouTube. (Portfolio or channel links required.)
• Versatility in writing both short-form and long-form content.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and research skills.
• Understanding of YouTube's retention strategies, algorithm, and viewer preferences.
• Ability to deliver high-quality scripts on deadline and adjust tone/style for various content types.
Sending your portfolio or links to published scripts/videos is preferred.
