Job Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our team at A3 Mediacom. This role involves crafting visually appealing creatives (static, A+ & Carousels ads) and editing high-converting video ads for DTC brands. You will work closely with the performance marketing team to create engaging content for both paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality static and motion graphics for paid ads, organic content, and branding.
• Edit UGC-style videos and branded content that drive engagement and conversions.
• Create ad creatives optimized for different platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop innovative visual storytelling concepts for brand campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends in the DTC and e-commerce space.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Implement A/B testing insights into creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in creating scroll-stopping UGC video ads for paid social campaigns.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of performance-driven creatives and ad design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in static design, video editing, and ad creatives.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with AI tools for design and video editing.
• Basic knowledge of 3D design or animation.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and A/B testing.
