ob Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging visual assets for various advertising campaigns. This includes creating digital and print media such as advertisements, social media content, banners, brochures, and presentations. The designer works closely with the creative team, including copywriters, art directors, and marketing strategists, to ensure that visual communications align with the brand’s message and the campaign's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop and design advertising materials such as print ads, digital ads, brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
Create visually compelling designs that align with the agency’s client brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Design layouts, choose colors, and select fonts based on the project requirements.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs maintain a consistent brand identity, both for the agency’s clients and the agency itself.
Adhere to brand guidelines while creating innovative and fresh visual concepts.
Take responsibility for the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final delivery.
Presentations and Feedback:
Present design concepts to internal teams or clients.
Revise designs based on feedback from clients or creative directors while maintaining the project’s original vision.
Market Awareness:
Keep up with the latest design trends, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviors to produce modern and relevant design concepts.
Production Coordination:
Work with printers or production teams to ensure that the final design is produced to specifications, whether for digital or print media.
Required Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
Understanding of digital advertising formats (e.g., banners, social media graphics).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Attention to detail and creative flair.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency.
Experience in campaign creation ,print ads and motion graphics is a plus.
Key Qualities:
Creativity and originality.
Ability to visualize and create innovative designs.
Flexibility to adapt design style to different brands.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
