Job Description
The Creative Graphic & Motion Designer drives and produces the design function. The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for social media, websites, web pages, product graphics, email templates, and banner ads, video creation, and motion graphics. The Creative Graphic & Motion Designer reports to the GM- Digital Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
Produce the design and production for social media graphics, websites, product graphics, logos, static and rich banner ads, email templates, newsletters, video creation, and motion graphics
Translate product positioning, existing research, and turning marketing strategies into effective, creative, and conceptual designs.
Work with GM-Digital Marketing to translate and create marketing requirements into
Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touch points.
Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team for a product-driven business.
Strong portfolio of design work
Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution.
Experience in design and video software
Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to accept feedback
Creative and conceptual designer
Out of the box thinking
