Job Brief
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Creative Lead who can envision and execute extraordinary visual experiences — especially in set design, grand décor, and immersive spatial storytelling.
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary design team, shape the creative strategy, and work closely with business and execution units to bring bold and theatrical design concepts to life across diverse projects including events, installations, brand activations, and large-format experiences.
If you’re a creative powerhouse with a background in set design, event decor, or grand-scale visual environments — and love inspiring teams through storytelling, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
• Take creative ownership of all projects — with a strong emphasis on set design and large-scale decor experiences.
• Lead visual direction and design execution for luxury events, themed environments, experiential spaces, and high-concept sets.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with top-notch aesthetic and structural quality.
• Create immersive and interactive spatial designs that elevate brand stories.
• Guide the team in ideation, spatial storytelling, moodboarding, and material exploration.
• Work closely with business and production teams to provide innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new technologies like AR/VR, AI, and digital environments into design concepts.
• Represent the design team in key client presentations and creative pitches.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Set Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or related creative fields.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in set design, grand decor, event design, or visual experience design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact decor and/or set design work.
Skills & Mindset

• Proven experience building and mentoring a high-performing creative team.
• Adept at translating brand narratives into experiential design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
