As a Creative Marketing Generalist, you’ll help shape the creative voice of Bee Digital and our clients. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile creative professional to have ownership over projects from concept to execution—designing, writing, and collaborating across every channel we touch. You’ll also work closely with the leadership team on special creative initiatives, agency branding, and internal content efforts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Graphic Design
Design compelling ads for display, social media, YouTube, OTT, and CTV platforms.
Create branded assets for client campaigns, including carousels, banners, static and dynamic visuals.
Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, and email marketing templates.
Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics across client work and internal Bee Digital content.
Copywriting & Content
Craft ad copy, social media captions, email subject lines, and landing page headlines.
Translate complex messaging into scannable, impactful creative formats.
Support content writing for blog posts, press releases, bios, and presentation materials.
Maintain brand voice guidelines and adapt tones across different industries.
Creative Collaboration
Partner with the Project Manager and digital media team to align creative with performance goals.
Brainstorm campaign concepts and pitch visual direction for projects.
Participate in creative reviews and client presentations, helping bring ideas to life.
Organize and maintain asset libraries, templates, and shared visual resources.
Support for Leadership & Special Projects
Assist the Owner in creating internal marketing content, including pitch decks, branded collateral, and thought leadership pieces.
Contribute to Bee Digital's social presence, brand look, and internal identity materials.
Help execute leadership-led initiatives such as vendor design audits, portfolio packaging, or creative R&D.
Take on additional assignments from leadership as needed with flexibility, professionalism, and discretion.
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in digital design, creative marketing, or multimedia content production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Midjourney).
A strong portfolio demonstrating work across paid social, display, and digital content
Strong written communication skills with attention to both copy and design.
An ability to think both creatively and strategically—balancing visual appeal with performance goals.
Bonus: Light experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
