Role Overview: As a Mid-Level Digital Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and designing a range of digital assets across various projects. Reporting directly to the Communication Director and the Head of Brand Image, this collaborative position involves working closely with our Marketing Department to create impactful marketing materials and engaging social media content. Bring your passion for design and the built environment into a role that merges creativity with marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop visually striking digital assets, including website graphics, presentation materials, and email campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas aligned with project goals and brand identity. - Ensure visual consistency and quality across all digital platforms, maintaining high standards in detail and execution. - Create engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and customer interaction. - Develop captivating video content showcasing projects and supporting marketing initiatives. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. - Design eye-catching materials for CRM campaigns and email marketing, aiming to enhance customer engagement. - Contribute to the design and improvement of user-friendly digital interfaces. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing fresh design ideas to elevate our visual offerings.
Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio that reflects both static and motion graphic work. - Proven experience as a Digital Designer, particularly within the consumer brand or luxury/premium fashion sectors. - Extensive use of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design creation. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software. - Good experience in web design, UI/UX, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, able to translate complex concepts into engaging content. - Excellent communication skills and adaptability within a multidisciplinary team. - Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Bonus Skills: - Familiarity with animation in 3D (C4D) and design tools such as Sketch or InVision is advantageous. - Understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
