Creative Producer (Social & Video)
Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the role:
We are looking for a Creative Producer (Social & Video) to support the growth of a fast-moving personal brand across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Shorts.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who can manage the full content lifecycle from idea generation and scripting through to filming, editing, and publishing. You will work closely with the creator to shape content ideas, produce high-quality video, and ensure consistent output across all platforms.
This role suits someone who enjoys both creative thinking and execution, and who to create viral pieces of content!
Key responsibilities:
Content creation & production
Generate original ideas for short-form and long-form content
Develop formats, series, and recurring content concepts
Script or outline videos, including hooks and structure
Film content across a range of environments (studio, on-location, travel)
Direct and support filming to ensure strong storytelling and performance
Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form social content
Social & publishing
Upload and manage content across all social platforms
Adapt edits and captions for different platforms
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
Maintain a flexible content calendar
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Creative strategy
Contribute to long-term content strategy and brand growth
Identify trends, formats, and cultural moments
Use performance insights to refine future content
About you:
Essential skills and experience
Proven experience filming and editing video content
Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Experience creating content for social platforms
Understanding of YouTube and short-form video platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Desirable
Experience working with creators or personal brands
YouTube channel management experience
Knowledge of TikTok, Reels and Shorts best practices
Basic thumbnail or graphic design skills
What this role is not
A traditional social media management role
A posting or scheduling-only position
A purely technical videography role
This role requires creative ownership and input throughout the production process.
