Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Market Research
• Conduct market research to understand consumer cohorts (Gen Z, Gen Alpha).
• Build strategies post stakeholder discussions.
• Drive brand awareness & market propagation plans.
• Study distribution networks & build communication strategies.
• Define and execute GTM strategy & product launch plans.
• Creative Ownership
• Lead visual communication strategy.
• Build & maintain brand aesthetic assets library.
• Own creative communication plans & campaign execution.
• Design product packaging concepts.
• Develop marketing collaterals & social media presence.
• Manage distributor & partner communication.
• Service Design & Process
• Design workflows for smooth adoption by distributors, retailers & consumers.
• Identify and optimise process opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
• MBA in Marketing with a strong creative & strategic mindset.
• Proven experience in brand building, GTM strategy & creative ownership.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z & Gen Alpha consumer psychology.
• Hands-on with visual communication & marketing campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management & execution skills
