Calgary Real Estate Photos is one of the city’s top-tier real estate media companies. We help agents stand out with impactful visuals, fast turnaround, and consistently great service. We’re looking for a Creative Specialist—a driven, client-focused creative with strong technical skills and a passion for telling stories through beautiful content.

Job Overview
As a Creative Specialist, you’ll be responsible for producing real estate media in the field—including photography, videography, drone content, and iGuide 3D scanning. You’ll work directly with clients and our internal team to capture content that aligns with our visual standards while upholding our core values: Compassion, Integrity, and Competitive Greatness.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photo, video, drone, and 3D iGuide content on-site for real estate and commercial properties
Prepare and manage gear before each shoot and upload assets after
Communicate clearly with clients and team members, including field notes
Travel efficiently between appointments and maintain punctuality
Work independently while representing our brand with professionalism
Support creative direction and problem-solving on-site
Participate in team development and training initiative

Are confident in your photography/videography skills and have a strong creative eye
Are tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of camera equipment and editing tools
Can work calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
Are great with clients and know how to communicate in a professional and friendly manner
Are passionate about creative growth and open to feedback
Bonus: You’re drone-certified (or willing to get certified)
Requirements

Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera (required) with wide angle lens (preferred)
Fluent in English, with confident verbal communication skills
Able to direct homeowners and realtors calmly and professionally during shoots
Strong client presence—represents the brand with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects
Physically able to carry and operate gear, stand for long periods, and walk through properties
Available Monday–Friday, +am–6pm (some weekend flexibility is a plus)
