Roles & Responsibilties -
• Copywriting – Design and craft concept and persuasive copies for ads, posts, captions that effectively can drive engagement and convert.
• Social Media Management - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for the accounts.
• Plan & Strategize – Develop fresh content strategies for clients across industries, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Manage Client interactions to overlook brands for performance marketing related work.
• Influencer Marketing: Should be able to plan and execute influencer led outreach campaigns
• Video & Campaign Execution – Conceptualize and oversee video ads, reels, and integrated campaigns that drive engagement.
• Pitch & Present – Lead creative pitches with compelling campaign ideas, backed by insights and trends.
Salary offered - INR 2.5 lacs to INR 5 lacs (p.a)
Requirements -
• Immediate / Early Joiner.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media marketing / management of all platforms.
• 1-3 years of experience as a content / copy writer / strategist in a digital agency, preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content styles.
• Ability to write for different audiences, tones, and platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing principles.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand complex topics quickly.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a knack for coming up with fresh ideas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
