The ideal candidate will have experience in editing short-form and long-form videos for various platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and product explainers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit engaging video content that showcases the brand's story and products
• Create reels, teasers, and storytelling-based edits for founder content and team highlights
• Repurpose webinar and podcast content into multiple formats
• Work on brand videos for various clients
• Add captions, transitions, animations, and screen overlays for product demos
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for weekly deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with CapCut, Descript, or other quick edit tools
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for animations
• Figma skills are a plus
Desirable Qualities:
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing work
• Passion for storytelling and startup content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly
