Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in video editing software. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit video content for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.)
Collaborate with the content team to understand project scope and objectives
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
Create rough and final cuts
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
Assist in creating storyboards and scripts for video projects
Manage and organize digital assets
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor with at least 1 year of experience (Prefer Digital Marketing Agency experience)
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Davinci, Premiere, After Effects)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field is a plus
Location: Delhi NCR
