We are currently looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our team in Jaipur, specializing in hospitality brands. At our agency, we are deeply passionate about hospitality, focusing on luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining, and travel experiences. Our goal is to bring hospitality brands to life through captivating visual storytelling.
As a Senior Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw footage into engaging narratives that inspire and resonate with our target audience. Your creative vision will be instrumental in crafting elegant resort showcases, culinary journeys, vibrant travel stories, and more across various digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
To excel in this role, you will need expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. Strong storytelling skills tailored to luxury and lifestyle brands are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the editing process, including transitions, visual elements, and color grading. Experience in audio editing, voiceovers, sound design, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects will be advantageous.
In addition to technical skills, organizational abilities are crucial for managing multiple projects focused on the hospitality industry. A basic understanding of cinematography principles, including shot composition and lighting, is also required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, particularly when working with creative teams and clients in the hospitality sector. The flexibility to adapt content to different formats, from Instagram reels to promotional videos, is highly valued.

About The Role
We’re looking for a multi-talented Video Editor & Content Creator who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. This hybrid role involves shooting, editing, and occasionally appearing in videos—including social media content and video podcasts. If you're passionate about digital storytelling, have a strong on-camera presence, and know how to ride the latest trends on platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
• Shoot and edit engaging video content for social media, branding campaigns, podcasts, and internal communications.
• Be a visible face in certain content formats such as Reels, Shorts, and video podcasts.
• Create scroll-stopping short-form content with trend-based hooks, transitions, and storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and brand teams to conceptualize content.
• Add creative visual effects, motion design, sound design, subtitles, and transitions.
• Stay on top of social trends and actively suggest new formats, hooks, and creative ideas.
• Maintain an organized workflow for managing raw footage, edits, publishing assets, and backups.
Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of professional experience in video editing and/or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (must). Familiarity with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
• Confidence to appear on camera, shoot selfie-style content, or host brand videos or interviews.
• Strong understanding of video trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Creative instincts for pacing, structure, and storytelling in short-form content.
• Understanding of video formats, mobile-first editing, aspect ratios, and social optimization.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools, color grading, green screen editing, or 2D/3D animation.
Nice To Have
• Experience hosting or editing video podcasts or interview-based content.
• Background in working with IT/tech companies or corporate brands.
• Basic audio editing, voice syncing, or podcast setup knowledge.
• A strong content portfolio or showreel showcasing both creative edits and on-camera presence.
