• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and video editing across platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media
• Bonus: Personal YouTube channel or video vlogs are a plus
• Expertise: Proficiency in color grading, audio mastering, and understanding of storytelling, narrative structure, and composition
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and emerging techniques to keep content fresh and engaging
