About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various media, including digital platforms, print materials, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.

• Create branding materials including logos, brochures, and promotional items.

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications.

• Illustrate concepts using sketches and digital tools.

• Utilize feedback to make design improvements and refinements.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.

• E nsure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Create templates for marketing communications such as newsletters and email campaigns.

• Optimize graphics and design assets for various formats and uses.

• Assist in the development of multimedia presentations and reports.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.

• Maintain organized files and archives for design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design projects.

• Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Experience with UX/UI design principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design is a plus.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to accept constructive criticism and improve designs.

• Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.

• Knowledge of current graphic design trends.

• Open to learning new techniques and software.
