Responsibilities
They will partner with the Director of Creative to develop innovative brand ideas across digital, print, packaging, and brand identity applications
This position has the opportunity to shape the creative team and drive excellence across owned brands and private label partnerships
Create captivating motion graphics for digital platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to showcase passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication
Edit and enhance photos and videos
Develop novel design concepts, including branding, packaging, digital, and print
Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables
Stay current with industry trends and integrate new design techniques and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions
This role works standard business hours Monday – Friday at our Little Chute, WI facility
