Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Writer to join our dynamic marketing team in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience crafting engaging and persuasive copy for diverse platforms, including campaigns, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
You will be a master storyteller, capable of developing compelling brand narratives and creative concepts that resonate with our target audience.
Experience in the Fintech industry or working with brands/startups is essential.
Prior experience in the Study-Abroad Financing domain will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and advertising copy.
- Craft compelling brand narratives that effectively communicate our brand's values and mission.
- Write clear, concise, and error-free copy that adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Create content for various stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
Conceptualization & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audience preferences and industry trends.
Adaptability & Versatility:
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms and target audiences.
- Effectively translate complex information into easily digestible and engaging content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Brand Voice & Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials.
- Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and style guides.
- Work with design and marketing teams to ensure that the visual and textual elements of all campaigns work in harmony.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest copywriting trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
- 4-6 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in the Fintech industry or with brands/startups.
- Proven track record of creating compelling and effective marketing copy.
- Exceptional storytelling and creative conceptualization skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in the Study-Abroad Financing domain is highly desirable.
