Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
• Create engaging, informative, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Write compelling copy for social media posts, captions, advertisements, and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
• Writing compelling copy for Ads, Website and other digital assets for the clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive content that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and stay up to date with best practices.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content using relevant analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platforms, and technologies to continuously improve content strategies and incorporate new ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, public relations, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand voice across all channels.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about relevant industry news and topics to curate and share relevant content from external sources.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content creation.
• Familiarity with content management systems, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms commonly used in social media marketing.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content.
• Strong research skills to stay updated with industry trends, news, and relevant topics.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with designers.
• Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
