Creative Writer - Children's Content (On-site) - Kochi
0-2 years of experience in any content domain, but some experience building educational or entertainment content for the K12 segment or related role is preferred.

As our Creative Writer, you will have the chance to be paid to learn as you explore a wide range of content, experiencing different forms of engagement with content to assimilate and deliver an enlightening experience for K12 students across the country and beyond. You will also learn what it’s like to work with a team and contribute towards a common cause, a skill essential to success in virtually any sphere.
You will work closely with our Curriculum Lead, Psychologists, and teams of content curators on a quest to keep kids meaningfully engaged on their devices while learning and exploring in ways that can help them find their calling and reach their potential.
Ideally, you will have attempted competitive examinations such as UPSC or other professional entrance tests. You will also have a keen interest and knowledge in a specific science or arts subjects.
In the long run, you will be responsible for producing engaging quality content that speaks to our audience, boosting engagement with our brand and high levels of customer satisfaction that we want to be known for. This role can also evolve into a key content/marketing communications position and will require high motivation, passion, and dedication toward excellence.
Responsibilities
• Assist in designing curriculum, including topics, content framework, and structure.
• Work with content developers on implementing the curriculum framework and product deliverables from ideation to execution.
• Work within feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum.
• Create engaging content and assessments (videos, quizzes, and activities)
• Create advisory video scripts that engage children with interesting and meaningful content
• Organize physical and digital resources for the content curation team
• Research and recommend modern educational methods (e.g., gamification)
• Designing interactive questions and answers
• R&D on instructional methods and learning theory.
• Enhancing the pedagogical impact of our program content by working on content formats and flow.
